Question: I know you probably hear "I need to be motivated" all the time, But I DO! My 4th little girl was born 1 yr ago this week, I have 10 lbs I'd like to lose, I need to tone up desperately, and its been too hot and too busy to walk. I hear that even 10 min quick walks 3-4 times a day should do it. Is this true? Maybe I could get inspired to do this. HELP! Thanks, mommy
Answer: Dear mommy, Yes, several short spurts can burn as many total calories as longer workouts. You probably already get lots of exercise carrying your little babies around!
