Appetizer Bodybuilding Recipe

Roasted Red Pepper Dip (or bread spread) Appetizers

3 roasted red peppers
3 cloves minced garlic
1 ½ teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons capers
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon dried parsley

Crush the minced garlic and the coarse salt together with a mortar and pestle (or the back of a spoon). Then process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
