Apple Crisp Bodybuilding Recipe

Apple Crisp Dessert

1 can light apple pie filling
2 teaspoons water
cup sugar
cup brown sugar
cup flour
cup protein powder
cup quick-cooking oats
1 package dry butter substitute powder (Molly McButter, Butter Buds)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 . Mix first 4 ingredients together. In another container, combine remaining ingredients. Fold the two mixtures together, and scoop into a large non-stick cooking-sprayed casserole.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Serve warm, and top with vanilla frozen yogurt.
