Answer: Dear Bdavid: Those last few pounds are the hardest. If you're currently working out, increase your aerobic activity in time and/or intensity (if not, start with moderate-to-high intensity cardio, such as jogging 3-5 days per week), strength train at least two days per week (full body) for the quickest results and make sure you're eating the correct amount of calories and making healthy food choices.
