Can I Exercise Late at Night
Question: Hi! I am a frequent viewer of your website and was hoping that you would be able to answer an exercise question for me. I would like to know if exercising late in the evening (approx. 9PM) would be at all harmful? My goal is to lose weight (approx. 30-45 pounds...I am currently at 165 and am 5'4""/5'5"") and I plan on exercising once in the morning and once in the evening...what do you think? Answer: Yolanda, Exercising once in the morning and once in the evening will not be harmful, if you have the time to do it. Some people have a hard time sleeping after exercising late in the night, but you may not. Try it and see how it works for you.
