Chicken Nuggets Bodybuilding Recipe

Baked Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dip

2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons mustard
¼ cup honey
1 boneless chicken breast, chopped into 1-inch pieces
½ cup cornflakes, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 375°. Heat the first 2 ingredients in the microwave for 25 seconds. Coat chicken pieces with this mixture, and insert one toothpick into each piece. Combine cornflakes and paprika, then dredge each chicken piece through the mixture. Arrange them in a casserole dish separated by 1 inch, and bake for 15 minutes. Mix honey and mustard separately and serve as a dip.
