Cup Size and Weight Loss

Question: My girlfriend is interested in toning up her body. She's about 5'2, 130 lbs., and a D-cup. What sort of program should she be looking at? Thomas

Answer: Thomas, It's hard to say without interviewing her personally, but here's a basic program for anyone wanting to lose weight and tone up: Walk briskly for 45 minutes to an hour per day, drink 8 to 10 cups of water per day (64 oz.), and cut back on food intake (while making sure to eat enough). If she's weight training, tell her to use less weight with more repetitions. Suggest that she look around this site for more information and motivation. Sadly for you, she may become a C or B cup after losing the weight. ;)
