Does Tae Bo Make you Bulky

Question: Hey! Love the site! I am a studying dancer so I am pretty fit, however I like to try other non-dance related workouts. I just recently purchased Tae-Bo and really enjoy it, but heard that if you do it for a long period of time you will actually create bulk. Is this true? Is there anyway that you can actually do Tae-Bo and lengthen muscles...or how do you lengthen muscles? Thanks! Apolonia

Answer: Hey Apolonia! Tae-Bo will not create much bulk since it's primarily cardiovascular conditioning using body weight. You can lengthen your muscles through stretching and yoga.
