Does Weight Training Help Fat Loss
Question: Hello, I've lost about 35lbs. in the last five months by changing my eating habits and by doing tae kwon do, karate and kick boxing. I still need to lose more fat and someone told me I should add weight training to my schedule. I'm busy as it is, but if it will help I'll do it. My question is should I add weight training to help lose fat and what book could I buy to help me plan a weight training schedule for myself? Zeke
