Exercise for Outer Thighs

Question: What is a good exercise for your outer thighs? I just can't seem to get the results I'm looking for. I exercise 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week doing some type of aerobics. Any help would be appreciated. Kim

Answer: Kim, Try kickboxing. It's aerobic, fun and exciting and it targets exactly where you are having trouble seeing results. One good residual effect is that you learn self-defense and gain confidence as well.
