Exercise for Sagging Breasts

Question: What type of exercise would you do for sagging breasts and back fat? JH

Answer: You can't do much for where your breasts are naturally situated on your body, but you can lose the fat from them and your back by doing cardiovascular exercise (walking, biking, swimming, climbing stairs, etc.).
