Exercises for Bigger Glutes

Question: What are the best exercises for adding size to your glutes? I have very big quads and hamstring development and want to minimize leg recruitment. Any tips? amarquez

Answer: Dear amarquez, For your situation, I would recommend a higher weight and low repetition (8 reps to failure) on squats, leg press and weighted lunges. You can also decrease the amount of weight you're using on quads and hamstrings.
