Question: If I can only get to the gym after work, do you think it is too late to work out? I usually wake up at 6:30 a.m., go to work, and then go to the gym after work, or between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. I would love to hear some feedback from others as well. Lisa
Answer: Hi Lisa, Your workout is not any less effective if you do it at night. Whenever you can do it is the best time to do it, as long as you keep it up. I usually suggest mornings because you have fewer excuses and things that can get in the way. Plus it makes you feel better all day, but you get the exact same conditioning in the evening.
