Question: I work out a lot and I have seen excellent results. I want to become more defined without becoming a body builder or taking dangerous steroids. I am 5'8" and about 166 pounds. Do you have any suggestions? j.wang
Answer: Dear j. wang, Being "defined" means losing the fat on top of your muscles and keeping your muscles strong and lean. To achieve these goals: watch what you eat, strength train, and be consistent with your cardiovascular routine. Vary your cardio: going hard one day, easy the next. Keep it interesting. Also, one or two yoga classes per week will help lengthen your muscles and strengthen your posture.
