Question: Hi! I have a question. I am 5'2 109 lbs. I have recently lost 23 pounds. I workout 5 times a week. I do cardio for 45 min, and I weight train for 20 min every other day. My question is about Bra-overhang. It's gotten better, but I can't seem to get the last of it off- and I do use weights to work my back! How long should it take to come off completely? Should I just continue with my weights and be patient? Or should I loose 5 more lbs? Thanks so much for the advice Sange
Answer: Sange, Yes, this is the last bit of fat your body wants to keep, so be patient, keep up the cardio and it will happen when it happens!
