How to Lose Inches off Waist
Question: What can I do to lose inches on my waist? I do cardio 3 times a week and toning and weight training 4 times a week. I am a 38 year old woman who loves chocolate. Liz
Answer: Liz, I would suggest you increase your cardio to 5 or 6 times a week if you're really wanting to see faster results. You can cut down on the appearance of your waist's bulkiness by lengthening your torso- being aware of your posture and improving the way you carry yourself. Since you like chocolate, a good substitute for the excessive fat and calories in normal chocolate desserts is a low-fat chocolate fudgesicle. They're low in calories and fat, but still give you a good chocolate fix.
