How to Lose the Last 10 Pounds

Question: I am 5'9", 160 lbs. I lost 65 a year ago and have been maintaining since. I don't believe that I am "ideal" yet. I would like to lose another 10 lbs. I am careful about what I eat. I do 30-40 min. of cardio work 4-6 days a week. I am plateauing because my workouts are in a rut. I don't push myself enough. What do you recommend I do to get rid of these add.10 lbs that is hanging around in my thighs and lower abdominals (pot belly)? Thanks for any advice you may have! EJW

Answer: EJW, Your body decides when, from where and how much weight it let go of. All you can do is keep working hard. You may want to try increasing the intensity of your cardio on some days and then increasing the time spent on your cardio on other days.
