Question: I am usually very involved in excercising. I run, do aerobics, teach aerobics, dance, and do some weight training. Recently I have been through some major life changes and have completely stopped working out and have resorted to bad eating habits. How do I get motivated back into eating right and exercising? Answer: Melissa, You just have to get back into it. It's not easy for anyone to get back into it, and there are no secrets or easy answers. Just making that start will get you going. Seeing results, and feeling great, will keep you going.
