How to Test Fitness Level
Question: I am starting my own personal training business and would like to know the best way to assess a client, many thanks allan UK
Answer: Allan UK, I do a cardiovascular test using a heart rate monitor which I can download into my computer and evaluate their current fitness level. I also test muscle length and flexibility. Some clients like to know their body fat percentage. I measure that with calipers if a client requests it.
