Question: I have a lot of stomach fat and I am trying to figure out a good exercise routine to help me with that as well as toning my arm and leg muscles. If you have any suggestions please email me back. Thank you
Answer: Drea, Get some cardiovascular exercise every day -- walking, running, biking, swimming. It doesn't have to be high intensity, but you will start to notice a decrease in body fat if you include a healthy diet. Regarding your wish for a good routine for toning your arms and legs: your muscles are there. You just can't see them yet. Uncover them with consistent cardio and your healthy diet. There's no such thing as an exercise that will help you remove fat from a particular part of your body.
