Indoor Cardio Workouts at Home

Question: I'm 15 years old and I'm pretty strong and i am somewhat built, but the problem is...it doesnt show because my body is'nt toned. I'm overweight buy about lbs. My main problems are my stomach, love handles and my thighs. I've read your answers and they say to do cardio workouts...I can't get outside a lot becuase of where i live..there are no sidewalks and its on a main road. we do have a tredmil though. I would appericate it if you could expalin some workouts to do that will help me tone and loose weight in these areas. (not even weight, just to be "thinner") I also want to because i'm going to prom in 2 months! HELP!! Thank you so much for your advice. ~I hope to start your workout advice soon *Nikki

Answer: Jump on that treadmill and walk/jog before school Monday - Friday for 30 - 45 minutes. Then eat a healthy breakfast, and drink lots of water throughout the day. Be sure to eat at least 3 meals and a snack or two if you get hungry. A good way to know when to eat is to listen to your body and feel when it's hungry. There's really no secret to that part.
