Question: I've been working on your in-home exercises for a few weeks (I've been using my shoes as weights) and I've also been swimming twice a week since I started. The only exercise I miss is an exercise for my inner thighs, cause they really need some work. Mieke
Answer: Mieke, You can work your inner thighs by placing a soccer ball between your knees while lying on your back, with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground; squeeze the ball with your knees hard enough to make the ball change its shape. Start with 20 repetitions and on the last one, hold it for 20 seconds. Do more sets if you feel like it.
