Is It OK to Exercise during Pregnancy
Question: Is there any reason a healthy pregnant woman shouldn't exercise? Highlander
Answer: Highlander, No, there's no reason you can't exercise when you're pregnant (I know this for a fact, having just found out that I'm pregnant!).
