Is it OK to Exercise Twice a Day

Question: Is it ok to exercise in the morning and in the evening of the same day? I take in a lot of calories so does that make it ok? Will it make a difference? Denise

Answer: Denise, It's not really necessary to work out twice per day (most people don't have the time), but it would be easier to just work out once and cut down on the amount of calories you eat. Then you can spend the time you've gained on something more important.
