Question: I hope you have some advice for me. I work out regularly 4-6 days a week (stairmaster, taebo and other great workout videos and also strength train with 8 lb. dumbells). I also eat healthy and in moderation. I am 27, female, 5'4,127. I want to become leaner and more defined. Also, I drink plenty of water. Is jogging my answer? Any advice will be appreciated. Nicole
Answer: Nicole, Yes. Jogging would be a good next step in pushing your fitness level higher. Remember that it's best to run longer, slower distances than it is to run shorter and faster. That way, you burn a higher percentage of calories from fat, and you have a lower risk of injury. Make sure to stretch after every run.
