Question: I wanted to know if my workout routine is too much. I really want to get toned up, but I still have things to improve on. My routine is Mon-30min-elliptical trainer Shoulders and Back Tues-50min-30 elliptical, 20 stair climber Abs Wed-30min-elliptical Chest and Tricepts Thurs-50min 15 elliptical 20 running 15 stair climber Abs Fri-Legs and Biceps(no cardio) Sat-Sun-OFF I do 4 excercises per body part with 3 sets each. Let me know what you think.
Answer: As long as you don't feel fatigued, it sounds fine to me. If you start to feel lethargic, you could cut your cardio time down to 30 min. or so a couple of days a week. Also, you could cut the intensity down if you feel like you need a break.
