Penne Bodybuilding Recipe

Penne Arrabiata Main Dish

Keep plenty of water on hand. This stuff is hot!

2 cups green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 t. crushed red pepper
1 t. Italian Seasoning
26 oz. jar of pasta sauce
16 oz. box of penne rigate
salt and pepper to taste

Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and saute the green onions, garlic and red peppers until the garlic browns. Add the sauce and additional spices and simmer while the noodles cook.

Serves 6-8
