Question: Hi, First time on your site and I just love it. My question: When I exercise, my face becomes red like a tomato. Is there anything that I could do to reduce this condition? I love working out to the best intensity that my body will be able to handle. I also would like to ask if you have any good exercises for the calf. Mine are huge and this really embarrasses me. Answer: Hi MB, My face gets red, too. It shows you're working hard, so take it as a good sign. Your cardiovascular exercise will reduce the fat on your calves - you can also do calf raises. See the Beginner's Workout in the Articles section for an awesome calf-raise photo example.
