Question: I'm thirty two and just had my fourth baby seven months ago. After my first three children taking the weight off and getting back in to shape was no problem. This time, although the weight has already come off I can't seem to get rid of the rolls on the back of my waist--any suggestions for exercises to target this area?
Answer: Depending on how much time you have, yoga classes would address the problem with your "rolls" and it would also address the stress issues you must be having raising 4 kids. I have two (3 and 10 months) and yoga has changed my body completely and gives me mental strength I never knew possible. Yoga will shift things around. If you don't have time to do a couple of classes per week, I recommend looking at your diet and getting rid of any excess or junk and getting cardiovascular exercise most every day.
