Salad Dressing Bodybuilding Recipe

Base salad dressing

2 tablespoons high-quality extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons broth
Dash of red wine vinegar
1˝ tablespoons lemon juice
1 crushed garlic clove
Salt, or Lawry’s seasoned salt
Black pepper, to taste
Variable ingredients (add one or more of these if you wish): Worchestershire sauce, tamari, barbecue sauce, fresh herbs, curry powder, paprika, dry mustard, olives, sour cream, dried herbs.

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Serves 4
