Should You Eat Before Weight Training

Question: I just started to use my treadmill in the mornings and am enjoying it. I was going to start weight lifting as well. I lifted at night after work, and am wanting to alternate this. Jogging one day then weights. I don't eat or drink anything before jogging but--should I eat something before lifting and how much? I'm a skinny size guy.

Answer: You've got it right. Eat a small snack 30 minutes or so before your weights workout.
