Answer: Regina, Park at a greater distance from work so you can walk. Take the stairs whenever you can. During lunch hour, spend 45 minutes of it on a power walk with co-workers. Make sure to drink plenty of water during the day, and stretch periodically. On the weekends, when you have more time, plan a long hike or similar fun activity.
