Smoked Salmon Dip Bodybuilding Recipe

Smoked Salmon Dip - Appetizers

12 oz. light cream cheese
6 oz. fat free sour cream
1 package smoked salmon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch of dill
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
3 chopped green onions

Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours for flavors to blend. Serve with melba toast.
