Thigh Toning Exercises

Question: I would like to know some exercises specifically for my thighs. I have a walking routine and belong to the Prevention magazine walking club. I have also started healthy eating habits. Mainly, I am trying to tone my legs. Thanks Erica

Answer: Erica, Outside the gym, lunges and squats are good thigh exercises. Try stairclimbing on a long staircase, two steps at a time, to improve the strength in and appearance of your legs.
