Tuna Salad Bodybuilding Recipe

Chickpea, Feta, Tuna and Roasted Red Pepper Salad

1 large red pepper, roasted and peeled
2 cans chickpeas, drained
1 6 oz. can of tuna, drained and flaked
cup feta cheese
cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon capers

Mix ingredients in a large bowl, and chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors combine.
