Walking for Toning Thighs

Question: I am 31 years old and I have really been trying to work on my thighs. I walk two miles three or four times a week. I have been doing leg lifts and squats and nothing is working please help me I am desperate.

Answer: I would recommend spending more time walking. Instead of 2 miles 3 or 4 times per week, which is ok to start with, do it 5 or 6 days per week. Increase your duration after 3 weeks to 3 miles... It's also important to check out what you're eating. It's easy to eat more than your body requires. Even by a little, if you're eating too much (healthy foods count too)then you won't see any progress if you're going by the scale.
