Question: I have a friend that wants to lose weight and she asked me, what kind of exercises can she do at home besides push-ups and sit-ups to get started, she has no exercise equipment. Any place on the internet where it actually shows how to do these exercises (pictures)? Thank you! Brian
Answer: Hi Brian, You can send her to my Articles section for an in-home workout which uses things you already have around the house as weights. But if her goal is to lose weight, she should start with diet and consistent aerobic exercise - a thirty minute daily walk will help her reach that goal.
