Why Cut Out White Flour

Question: In one of your replies to "Karen", you stated that if a person cuts out white flour product, that they can expect to see much more definition. Could you explain this in more detail please? Thanks in advance! Carrie

Answer: Carrie, White flour products add lots of calories (400 per cup), while adding no nutritional benefits at all. White flour is treated by your body the same way table sugar is. By cutting back on it, you're reducing your sugar intake and increasing your nutrient-dense food consumption which is a much healthier practice. This will also reduce the amount of fat in your body which is what reveals your muscles and gives that "defined" look.
