Why do My Legs Tingle after Exercise

Question: Hi, I just came across your site & hope you will help me with something that I can't seem to find an answer for. I just started walking again (1 mile) when I am done my hips & thighs tingle & it feels like there are jumping beans inside. It seems to be in my hips & thighs only. Please let me know what you think. Lesia

Answer: Lesia, The tingling (and itchiness) can be caused by an increase in circulation in those areas and by vibrations of your subcutaneous adipose tissue as you move. Or you could have eaten some Mexican jumping beans by accident! Check your burritos! As you reduce your body fat percentage, and exercise consistently, the tingling should go away..
