Winter Workouts at Home

Fitness Question: I would like to know what some really good, fat-burning cardiovascular exercises I can do in the winter when I can't go outside and don't have any equipment. Thanks for your help! Meghan.

Answer: Meghan, Jumping rope is an excellent indoor workout requiring very little equipment. Start with 5 minutes and then rest for a minute. Then do 5 more (which is 2 intervals). Add more intervals as you get stronger.
