Question: I have been having trouble, trying to create an exercise program for myself. I have never had any real problems with weight gain, 95 pounds, but I've found that the majority of the weight I do gain goes to my rear end! Help!!! I seem to have developed cellulite and at 26yrs. old I see this as a wake up call to get fit! My question is, what is a good, overall basic program for beginners which I can perform in my own home? Jana's Answer: Dear April, Please see the Articles section for a beginner's strength training workout you can do in your own home. To build cardiovascular endurance, begin with a twenty minute brisk walk four or five times a week. Then increase your time for each walk (by 5 to 10 minutes every couple of weeks) as you get stronger.
