Blueberry Cheesecake Bodybuilding Recipe

Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert

One 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 carton firm tofu (10.5 oz.), drained for 2 hours wrapped in paper towels
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons Crystal Lite Lemonade mix
¾ cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 cup blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 350° . Spread blueberries on bottom of pie crust.

Blend eggs, tofu and the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Pour over blueberries and bake 30 minutes.
