Building Strength and Muscle after 50
Question: Hi there. Can a skinny 50 year old with no exercise experience suddenly start to build a good strong and muscular body?...Or am i too late?
Answer: You're not too late. Get started today. Do weights 2 to 3 days per week, preferably after getting some basic instruction from a trainer at your gym, and be sure to include stretching in your routine. Good luck!
