Cheese Puff Muffins Bodybuilding Recipe
Cheese Puff Muffins Snack Dessert 1 English muffin
8 eggs (or egg substitute for healthier version)
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 cup light ham, dicedPreheat oven to 350°. Chop English muffin into fine crumbs in a food processor. Beat eggs in a blender until fluffy. Add all 5 ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into Non-stick cooking spray-coated muffin tins, ¾ full. Bake 20 – 25 minutes.
