Chicken Pasta Salad Bodybuilding Recipe
Chicken/Pasta Salad 1 ½ cups cooked bow-tie pasta
¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (dry, no oil)
½ cup hot water
1 teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Non-stick cooking spray
1 ½ pounds chicken breast nuggets
¾ finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheesePlump sun-dried tomatoes in the hot water for 10 minutes. Drain. Add next 6 ingredients, set aside. Sauté chicken breast nuggets until browned. Add peppers and sauté 5 more minutes. Combine chicken mixture, pasta and tomato mixture in a big bowl. Toss until evenly mixed. Serving size – 1 cup. Sprinkle each serving with a little Parmesan cheese.
