Chicken Salad Bodybuilding Recipe

Fruity Chicken Salad

½ cup fat free mayonnaise
½ cup 2% cottage cheese (or Dijonnaise)
1 tablespoon Tamari
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
3 cups skinless, cooked, chopped chicken
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups seedless green grapes
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
6 hard-boiled egg whites

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients, and toss evenly. Refrigerate overnight.
