Exercise for Bigger Breasts
Question: I am a quite skinny 17-year-old girl. My lower body has an average size, but my upper body is too small. Therefore, my breats are pretty small as well. I wonder if there is a way that I can have fuller breasts via exercise. Another thing is that I've always hoped that I'd have slimmer legs, so is running going to help me or make it worse? If so, what should I do? Thanx a lot. Nicole
Answer: Nicole, Exercises can't increase your actual breast size, although you can build up the pectoral muscles in your chest and balance them by strengthening your back, which will give you a more shapely look. Running can reduce fat from all over, including your legs, and a well-balanced diet, eaten at least three meals a day with one snack will nourish you properly and keep your fat-furnace burning.
