Full Body Workout at Home for Ladies

Question: I am a 24 year old female. I'm not overweight but I would like to get toned especially in the leg and stomach area. The problem is I don't have much money and I'm wondering if there is a good all body workout that I could do at home. I've been looking for a website that has that and I found this finess online place but it doesnt have what I am looking for. I get bored very easy and I would be so grateful if you could give me some insight.....Thanks

Answer: Here's a great muscle toning and fat burning full body workout you can do at home.

For each of the following exercises, do as many reps as you can in perfect form. Then with no rest move on to the next exercise. After you've done one complete circuit of all the exercises, rest for one or two minutes, repeat all the exerices again, for a total of three complete circuits.

Squat
Push Up
Lunges
Crunches
Jumping Jacks
Calf Raise
