High Protein Pasta Bodybuilding Recipe
Killer Hi-Protein Pasta Main Dish 1 12 oz. bag, High Protein Rotini (Rummo brand)
1 26 oz. jar, Newman's Own Sockarooni spaghetti dressing
1/2 12 oz. package, vegetarian Ground Round
1/4 cup, chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 tsp., red pepperBoil pasta in salted water, cook sauce with basil and red pepper. Heat meat separately and add meat to sauce at last possible moment. Spoon sauce over rotini.
