Quick Hummus Appetizer

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/8 cup tahini
1 can garbanzo beans, drained

Add ingredients one at a time. Blend as you add, until creamy.
